This architect designed pioneering project was always going to require a different building philosophy to meet the numerous logistical and construction challenges. We went out to tender to three builders and selected ABC National Builders to take on this challenge. We selected ABC after meeting with the principle and owner Mario Volarevic. He gave us the confidence that he understood the complexity of the project and the nuances of the design. he also submitted an innovative way for the project to be delivered and contractually structured. There were so many logistical, operational and sequential complexities of this project given the fact that the building site was on an island with only water access. ABC managed all of these and delivered a quality project to our satisfaction. We could definitely use ABC again for future projects.
